2021年7月5日,从(cong)攀(pan)枝(zhi)花公司传来喜讯:氯化钛渣厂水淬渣系统试(shi)车试(shi)产取得圆满成功。
当日(ri)15:18分(fen),在(zai)氯化钛渣(zha)厂1#CXTZ炉前,车间(jian)(jian)员(yuan)工准时打(da)开2#渣(zha)口(kou),火红的(de)渣(zha)水(shui)瞬(shun)间(jian)(jian)流满(man)了渣(zha)沟,直(zhi)接流入粒(li)化塔,在(zai)高压(ya)水(shui)流作(zuo)用下,渣(zha)水(shui)变成了细小(xiao)的(de)颗粒(li),通过脱水(shui)器的(de)脱水(shui)顺利流入大(da)倾角皮带,成功被输送到渣(zha)冷(leng)厂房。在(zai)出渣(zha)过程中,各个工序设备平稳运行。
水淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)渣(zha)(zha)工(gong)(gong)(gong)艺是(shi)50万吨攀西(xi)钛精矿升级转化(hua)氯化(hua)钛渣(zha)(zha)创新工(gong)(gong)(gong)程中(zhong)渣(zha)(zha)处理的创新工(gong)(gong)(gong)艺,为确(que)(que)(que)保(bao)此(ci)次渣(zha)(zha)水淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)系统(tong)(tong)成功运(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing),该厂在试(shi)生(sheng)产(chan)(chan)前(qian)针对水淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)艺易发生(sheng)爆炸等多(duo)项不(bu)安(an)(an)全因素(su)特点,专门采取(qu)了一系列措(cuo)施确(que)(que)(que)保(bao)安(an)(an)全出(chu)(chu)渣(zha)(zha)。一是(shi)超前(qian)制定《水淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)渣(zha)(zha)系统(tong)(tong)热试(shi)运(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)方案》,从组织机构人(ren)员分工(gong)(gong)(gong)到各工(gong)(gong)(gong)种(zhong)检(jian)查、异常(chang)情(qing)况下的应急预案都一一分工(gong)(gong)(gong)明确(que)(que)(que),措(cuo)施到位;二(er)是(shi)连续做好粒化(hua)塔、脱水器、大倾角皮带(dai)、水系统(tong)(tong)等试(shi)产(chan)(chan)前(qian)的不(bu)间断开车运(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing),确(que)(que)(que)保(bao)期间系统(tong)(tong)设施运(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)正常(chang);三是(shi)不(bu)断对工(gong)(gong)(gong)艺参数和数据进行(xing)(xing)细(xi)化(hua)和调整(zheng),确(que)(que)(que)保(bao)渣(zha)(zha)铁(tie)分离良(liang)好,保(bao)障此(ci)次出(chu)(chu)渣(zha)(zha)成功进行(xing)(xing)水淬(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)系统(tong)(tong)试(shi)生(sheng)产(chan)(chan)。
据(ju)悉,钛渣(zha)(zha)(zha)生产采取水(shui)淬(cui)出(chu)(chu)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)生产一直是(shi)同行业难以攻克的难关(guan),使用水(shui)淬(cui)式(shi)出(chu)(chu)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)不仅能减少出(chu)(chu)火渣(zha)(zha)(zha)带来的诸多繁琐工序,与火渣(zha)(zha)(zha)相比能大大降(jiang)低(di)制(zhi)造成本,从而减轻员工劳动强度。此次(ci)水(shui)淬(cui)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)系统成功出(chu)(chu)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)生产,为(wei)公司全(quan)面(mian)推行新工艺、控降(jiang)成本奠(dian)定(ding)了坚(jian)实基(ji)础。
